I LOVE pizza night. No, I mean it. I really, really love pizza night. I feel like we have mastered pizza dough in my house. And I think we get extremely good results in spite of having just a regular, plain-ol' home oven. We also love to play with the toppings; I myself prefer veggie pizzas, although I don't mind a bit of meat on them now and then. However, that was not the case last night. My latest veggie creation was roasted beets and goat cheese with red onions, rosemary and pistachios. Yeah, it was good.

Pizza Night
